Legally Blonde |


LEGALLY BLONDE the musical with music and lyrics by Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin and book by Heather Hach is based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and the 2001 film starring Reese Witherspoon. The musical premiered in pre-Broadway tryouts in San Francisco, California and moved to Broadway's Palace Theatre in April, 2007, with Laura Belle Bundy starring as Elle Woods. In January, 2010, the London West End production opened. Legally Blonde received seven Tony nominations and won 3 Laurence Olivier Awards, including Best New Musical.
